Brass Meter Connecting Tube 3/4" M/M
Brass 3/4'' M/M standpipe for water meter connection. Male threaded on both sides in 3/4'', this pipe connects the meter to the distribution network. ISO 228-1 BSPP standard.
Brass Water Meter Standpipe Description
This standpipe is specifically designed for water meter connections. It sits between the meter and the rest of the installation, held in place by swivel nuts or union fittings. The 3/4'' diameter is the standard for domestic meters.
Available in various lengths to suit the distance between the meter and the connection point. The brass ensures corrosion resistance and a long service life on drinking water networks.

Installation tips
- Use PTFE tape (Teflon) or hemp to ensure sealing on male threads
- For flat gasket seats, use a flat gasket with a minimum thickness of 1 mm
- Tighten with an open-end wrench or adjustable wrench — do not use slip-joint pliers to avoid damaging the fitting
- Apply moderate tightening torque — over-tightening may damage the thread
