Female plug in black cast iron – plumbing fitting

This black cast iron female plug is the ideal finishing touch for your creations. It screws onto a male fitting or onto the end of a threaded pipe. A genuine plumbing part, it is just as suitable for plumbing projects as for decoration.

Compatible with all black cast iron fittings or galvanized ones, as well as with black steel threaded pipes or galvanized ones of the same size sold in our shop. The parts simply screw together, without welding, for strong assemblies.

Uses of the female plug

Essential for neatly finishing a project (table leg, toilet paper holder, coat rack, etc.), it screws onto your fitting or pipe to hide the thread.

Its hexagonal shape (6 flats) makes it easy to tighten with a wrench. The top is bevelled to avoid sharp edges, and its flat top face means it can be used as a foot or for any object that needs to stand on a surface.

Also available as a male plug to close a tapped (female) fitting.
