Who said plumbing robot lamps had to be rigid and lifeless?

The "Le skater" lamp by Home Invasion is made in our Annecy workshop by hand and to order. Each piece is therefore unique and the position of this great sportsman may vary slightly from one assembly to another.

This table lamp depicts a figure on his skateboard in a position suggesting, at best, precarious balance, at worst, an imminent fall.

Features of the "The Skateboarder" lamp:

The "le Skateur" lamp is made from real cast iron and steel plumbing fittings, for an authentic and quirky industrial style. The fittings used come from European production. The plumbing fittings are left unfinished and finished with a lightly glossy coat of varnish, on which the light will reflect once the bulb is switched on.

The E27 socket, which serves as its head, is covered by a grey textured aluminium socket cover. The black textile cable that accompanies it is 1.8 metres long.

The wheels on the skate are genuine red valve handwheels with a diameter of around 52mm made from metal. Be careful, the Handwheels don't turn, so you won't be able to throw "the skateboarder" into a ride on the living room dresser.
