IP65 outdoor silicone ceiling rose, Ø 125 mm
IP65 outdoor silicone ceiling rose, Ø 125 mm
This ceiling rose is designed for outdoor use: soft-touch silicone, IP65 protection rating, class I. It is 125 mm across and 40 mm high, with a 12 mm cable opening, and is fixed to the ceiling with a metal bracket. The mains connection (live, neutral and earth) is made on the three-pole terminal block supplied, with a resin-filled connection; as the rose is class I, the earth must always be connected.
The IP65 rating is only achieved with a complete outdoor-rated assembly: round outdoor neoprene cable H05RN-F 2×1.00 mm², a compatible IP65 waterproof socket and the insulating gel box correctly fitted. With an indoor fabric cable or a standard socket, the pendant light is not waterproof.
Why choose this product?
- IP65 protection rating: designed for outdoor installation, provided the whole assembly uses outdoor-rated components (see below).
- Three-pole terminal block (live, neutral, earth) with resin-filled connection supplied, for earthing the installation.
- Clear technopolymer cable grip included, along with a self-locking plastic tie to hold the gel box.
- Ceiling fixing with a metal bracket.
- For use only with a round outdoor neoprene cable H05RN-F 2×1.00 mm² and an IP65 waterproof socket.
- CE marked.
