Description and composition of the socket kit:

This socket kit with shade rings is ideal for easily creating your vintage lighting fixtures out of plumbing fittings and pipes. The threaded and tapped cast iron and steel parts are perfect for making lamps with an industrial or steampunk feel.

Whether you want to make a ceiling light out of steel pipes, a wall light with our cast iron flanges, a table lamp or bedside lamp out of plumbing fittings, our various socket kits will be able to satisfy all your creative DIY desires.

The socket is threaded on the outside and fitted with 2 rings allowing the addition of a lampshade.

This kit can be installed after a female fitting of the same size, for example an equal coupling or a tee. Given the height of the cable clamp, it is not possible to screw this kit directly after a "small radius" elbow.
